As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. Twilight and Jonas Brothers-The best of both worlds.
Basically, in photoshop, I pick a dark blueish color, then use the fill tool to fill in one area. Then, along the top bar, I select filter-fade paint bucket-pick a lower opacity-and change the layer type to dissolve. Then I repeat with each section. Hope that helps! :]
