Twilight and Jonas Brothers-The best of both worlds.
Basically, in photoshop, I pick a dark blueish color, then use the fill tool to fill in one area. Then, along the top bar, I select filter-fade paint bucket-pick a lower opacity-and change the layer type to dissolve. Then I repeat with each section. Hope that helps! :]
